Cancellations and RefundsAny cancellation made by the client less than 72 hours before the session will result in a loss of deposit. If we are able to offer an alternative session within 7 days we will use the initial deposit towards this new session. In the event that the alternative date is cancelled or unsuitable to the client the deposit will not be be refunded.
If for any reason we need to postpone or reschedule a session and you are not satisfied with the new arrangements you will be fully refunded. Once a session has occurred a refund will not be given.
All bookings are subject to availability. Upon confirmation of availability, a deposit payment of 50% should be remitted immediately in order to secure the booking.
The outstanding balance should be paid on the date of service.
Bookings that are not secured by this deposit may be released without prior notification.
All projects are priced based on an estimated number of hours required to complete the works
If project works exceed the estimated number of hours then any further works will be charged at our standard rate if £35 per hour and will need to be paid in advance.
Any additional hours required will be agreed with the client before work commences.
